Roxxon Announces Organizational Moves

Roxxon Corporation, the multi-industry company based out of Delaware announced the formation of three new divisions to align and grow it's expanded businesses. The new division, Roxxon Procurement specifically deals in defense contracting. Roxxon Procurement is expected to represent approximately 80% of Roxxon's annual revenue, making it the company's largest operating unit. Roxxon Procurement will follow the leadership plan of Roxxon Corporation, with Roxxon's Chief Executive Officer Ryan Norris leading it.

In addition, Roxxon Corporation announced the formation of a second new division, Roxxon Media, specifically dealing in media distribution and talent management. Roxxon Media is expected to represent approximately 10% of Roxxon's annual revenue, making it the company's third-largest operating unit, following Roxxon Procurement and Roxxon Solutions.

Lastly, Roxxon Corporation announced the formation of a third new division, Roxxon Global. Roxxon Global is the international division of Roxxon Corporation, specifically dealing with any and all holdings outside of the US. Roxxon Global will follow the leadership plan of Roxxon Corporation until the end of the fiscal year, at which point, a new divisional leadership plan will be announced during the annual shareholder's meeting.

Today's announcement of a new media, procurement, and international division is part of Roxxon's CEO, Ryan Norris's realignment of Roxxon Corporation's operating structure since he founded the company in 2017. In the years since the company launched, Norris re-branded the company (formerly known as Canary Holdings LLC), as well as expanding its offerings by entering the government contracting, and media industries as well as the formation of Roxxon Global, Roxxon Corporation's international subsidiary.

Commenting on the new divisions and Roxxon's plans for the future, Norris said "We plan on continuing to push and expand Roxxon to enhance our international growth opportunities. Roxxon is not the same company it was when we founded it. The world evolves and so our business needs to as well to stay competitive."

As part of its re-organization plan, Roxxon also announced the following appointments:

  • Ryan Norris has been appointed as President of Roxxon Corporation, will retain his position as Chief Executive Officer of Roxxon Corporation.
  • Craig Steeley has been appointed to the board of directors and will join Roxxon Corporation as President of Roxxon Media.
  • Nashae Norris has been appointed to the board of directors.
